HOW DOES IT WORK

iWRITER offers you a complete and company-wide solution based on central managed corporate style templates. Users work in their trusted Office environment (Office desktop, Office for Mac or Office online), without switching to a ‘new’ or ‘different’ program.

STAP 1. CREATE A TEMPLATE

With the iWRITER Designer module, you can easily create and maintain your corporate identity templates, signatures and building blocks. Knowledge of programming is not necessary.

STAP 2. CREATE A DOCUMENT OR PRESENTATION

Users create and edit documents or presentations by using the corporate templates and building blocks. Through interactive question-and-answer fields, the missing data can be completed quickly and easily.

STAP 3. INTEGRATE DATA

In a iWRITER document you easily add data from your own CRM system or other database, to ensure that all documents are automatically provided with the latest data. Through links with various DMS systems, documents can be registered and stored centrally.

STAP 4. VERIFY AND GENERATE DOCUMENTS

The documents, created with iWRITER, can be provided with initials and a signature. After that, the documents can be released as docx or pdf.
